To get the basement code, you’ll need to make your way to the manager’s office and hack the computer. The manager’s office is just through the first double door on the right and is the last door on the left of the corridor. The code can be in a number of different randomized locations. When you hack the computer, you will be able to read a number of emails. Look out for one called Basement Code, as that will unsurprisingly be the one you want. This will tell you exactly where the code is but not what it is. You will still need to get there.

If you want, you can head straight down to the basement and use your blacklight to see the four digits that make up the code. The problem is that four digits give you 10,000 different possibilities. If you think you have the time, feel free. Otherwise, read on.

There are three possible locations where the basement code can be:

  • The Wi-Fi code in the breakroom
  • The picture of the “Employee of the Month” in the main showroom
  • On a notepad in the VIP room

The VIP Room

To get into the VIP Room, you’ll need to scan a QR code in the manager’s office. This can be found on a counter near the coffee machine just inside the door at the front of the office. If it’s not there, it is likely to be on a couch on the other side of the office. It should spawn somewhere within the manager’s office for you. Scan the door to get the QR code. Then, you can use your own phone to access the VIP room by interacting with one of the keypads on either door.

Once you get in, you can start picking the locks to get into the display cabinets and steal the jewelry. There is a chance a lockdown might occur, which is why you may need to get to the basement. There is also a camera inside, so be careful. The code will be on a notebook on the table that acts as a necklace display.

The Breakroom

You can find this code on the whiteboard in the breakroom. Head left from the main door in the manager’s office, and you’ll find “wifi password” written there. That’s the code you need. You can find the breakroom just to the right of the main showroom area.

The Showroom

The showroom code is the four-digit employee of the month ID number. There is a quick shortcut you take by getting into the VIP room and then looking out the door on the left. You can find the picture in the back right corner of the lobby. Make sure you type in the code in order, then hit the green checkmark button to enter it.

Once you get down into the basement, there is a lot to do. If you need to deactivate a lockdown, you want to head for a door in the back left corner and pick the lock. Inside, on the right wall, is a breaker box. Pull the lever to kill the VIP room lockdown. You will also find a keycard in there. This keycard is needed to get access to the vault and is really quite important if you want to make maximum profit from this heist.

Be warned, cops can lock you down pretty hard in the basement, as there are two ways they can get in and pinch you in the middle. Make sure you are well prepared to shoot your way out if you need to.
