It didn’t launch with Steam Deck support, but now that Diablo 4 is officially on Steam it is fully supported. As of October 17, Diablo 4 is now on Steam. This aligns with the launch of Season 2, Season of Blood, which means players will get a fresh start on Steam. Also, the Steam and Battle.net versions of Diablo 4 are cross-platform, meaning players of the two can team up together in Sanctuary.

It’s important to keep in mind that the game size ranges from about 50GB – 90GB due to high-resolution assets. Therefore, if you have the 64GB version of the Steam Deck you will want to make sure you have a microSD to download the game to.
