Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key marks the end of Ryza’s journey in the series. However, we have not heard her with an English voice-over since her adventures began in 2019.

With the game going open world and having a bigger budget, has Koei Tecmo given an Atelier Ryza 3 English dub to the public after all these years? Here’s everything we know.

Can you hear an Atelier Ryza 3 English dub?

Despite many fans requesting an Atelier Ryza 3 English dub, Koei Tecmo has not implemented the feature into the RPG. You can only play the game with Japanese audio and English text. While the original performance is wonderful to have, an English dub would have improved the game’s accessibility.

Will there be a future Atelier game with an English dub?

The topic of an Atelier Ryza 3 English dub came up during an interview with NintendoEverything. “If there are a lot of requests, I think that it remains a possibility,” said Producer Junzo Hosoi. “We look forward to hearing from everyone!” While that is certainly no confirmation, there’s at least some stirring of interest amongst the developers at Gust.

Past Japanese games have included an English dub post-release after fan feedback. One example is the My Hero Academia game My Hero One’s Justice 2. The original voiceover actors of Deku (Justin Briner), Bakugo (Clifford Chapin), and all other characters contributed their performances to the game in an update. Hopefully, Atelier Ryza 3 can do the same, but there are no signs pointing to it as of the time of writing. Perhaps the Atelier Marie remake in July will have an English dub.
