The potions shop can be found tucked away in the northwest corner of Hogsmeade. Once you unlock the town of Hogsmeade through the main questline (fairly early, in the first few hours) you can visit J. Pippin’s Potions shop and buy its wares. J. Pippin sells recipes for potions, ingredients for potions, and a selection of potions themselves.

The shop is ran by the NPC Timothy Teasedale, and like all other shops, it’s open 24/7, night or day.
