As a lover of strategy games, you can rest assured that I love economic games like Recettear and Moonlighter. So when I saw Potionomics was another game in the still new-enough-to-be-unique item shop owner RPG genre, it had me at first glance.

You play as Sylvia, a witch that needs to pay off her debtors and the only way to do it without resorting to turning people into frogs for ransom money is to sell potions to adventurers going on quests. Looking to combine economic management with visual novel elements, Potionomics also has a glut of charm and cute character designs.

Potionomics has no release window as of yet, but is confirmed to be releasing for PC only at this point.
