It looks great so far
Late last year DJMAX Respect V arrived on PC in Early Access after being an exclusive on PS4 for roughly a year. The time has now come for a full launch.
Announced on their official YouTube channel, developer Neowiz has announced that DJMAX Respect V‘s PC launch date is March 12. The PC port will feature “over 140 songs,” including exclusive tracks from Riot Games’ League of Legends. If you own the Early Access version you’ll get a $10 DLC for free, which includes eight tracks, and will eventually be added to the PS4 edition. That pack has its own trailer, which you can sample below.
I mean, there isn’t much to say about DJMAX Respect that hasn’t already been said. It’s one of the greatest rhythm games in years, so if you’ve been itching for an old school challenging romp in that arena, this is it. Based on the Early Access build the game seems up to the task of carrying on the legacy that the PS4 version upheld.
