THQ Nordic has announced release dates for its upcoming Diablo-like entry into the Darksiders series, Darksiders Genesis. The gothic dungeon crawler will arrive on PC (via Steam) and Google Stadia December 5, with PS4 and Xbox One to follow a little later on February 14.

Darksiders Genesis will see Four Horsemen members Ric Flair and Arn Anderson War and Strife sent on a hellish mission to face up to Lucifer, who has been granting untold powers to demons in an effort to upset the scales of life and death known as The Balance.

In single-player or co-op modes, players will guide the horsemen through a string of demon-filled dungeons, cutting a swathe through hordes of enemies and slowly unfolding a huge conspiracy in which the mastery of the very universe hangs in the balance. A new trailer, courtesy of IGN, gives us a look at Strife in action. You can check out the previously-released War trailer right here.

Darksiders Genesis launches on PC and Stadia December 5 and on PS4 and Xbox One February 14. A Nintendo Switch port is also in the works.
