Moar lyke ‘Steam-u-right No-down’… Yeah?
It’s been a bit of a wait for news about the PC port of 2019’s excellent fighter Samurai Shodown, but SNK has finally announced that the sword ‘n’ sorcery fighter will be arriving on the platform this spring, and will launch on Epic Games Store.
The news came as part of a spring 2020 “sizzle reel,” featuring titles headed to Epic’s retail platform, backed by that hippity-hop the kids like. Samurai Shodown appeared in the video alongside smaller releases such as Santa Ragione’s Saturnalia, FJRD’s Among Trees, and Devolver Digital’s Sludge Life.
Amusingly, there still isn’t an exact release date for SamSho‘s PC launch, but given we’re already at the tail-end of March, we can expect to see its arrival in the very near future. In the meantime, Samurai Shodown is available now on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
