There’s a new Paper Mario game coming called Color Splash

That leak from yesterday didn’t have everything about today’s Nintendo Direct. Potentially big news for fans of Mario’s role-playing games came out: the Paper Mario series is getting a new entry in Paper Mario: Color Splash.

Details were scant in the video, but the first snippet of story was shown, with the trodden trope of “color is leaving, help bring back the color.” Toward that end, Mario now has a paint hammer. Hopefully this entry gleans more from entries like Thousand-Year Door than the likes of Sticker Star.
