A colorful robot fighting a dashing dinosaur? This scene is straight out of my childhood, except back then, it was with toys. Specifically, a bunch of Z-Bots and Kenner’s rubbery Jurassic Park Tyrannosaurus rex with removable flesh (which I immediately and permanently misplaced).
Bandai Namco sent over a ton of screenshots, but this one is the best.
