David Wise composing Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze

He’s back!

I don’t know how I always end up on a plane or asleep or otherwise unable to catch Nintendo’s Direct videos, but that trend didn’t stop this week. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze was announced, much to my excitement and the confusion of passersby. A bit of additional good news for long-time fans has come out: David Wise will be composing!

That’s all Nintendo and Retro Studios were able to say for now, but, we know what Wise sounds like and he’s still the guy you’d want to get for your Donkey Kong Country title.
