This Surgeon Simulator cake is super gross

And probably super tasty

The guys behind Surgeon Simulator 2013 had a special cake made to celebrate the game’s success. It’s themed after what you do in the game, and well, it’s pretty damn gross. So gross that I put it below the fold in case you’re a big baby that can’t handle gross looking things.
