Nabbing a Japanese Pokemon X 3DS has come with a hefty price tag, but right now Play Asia has them (bundled with either Pokemon X or Pokemon Y) for $200. Not bad for you wacky collectors out there. Everyone else should note that this 3DS only plays Japanese games.
