We’re still not getting it
Recently, we found out that there are “no plans” to bring Rockman Xover, Capcom’s newest Mega Man mobile game, overseas. But that doesn’t stop them from continuing to support it, and today, we have some interesting news that Xover now has a PVP mode.
Apparently Capcom has updated the game to allow for a versus mode, which includes the ability to customize your character and battle others. Mega Man is no stranger to PVP, as Mega Man 7 had a hidden mini-game that allowed you to pit Mega Man against Bass in robotic combat, and the Battle Network/Starforce series has featured some form of battle mode at some point.
Still, this whole Xover debacle is incredibly interesting. As I’ve said in the past, I want a domestic release just so I can see for myself how much of a train-wreck this game really is.
