Metal Gear Rising Sam DLC gets brand new set of screens

Here’s some of the Jetstream Sam DLC in action

After the free PS3 Metal Gear Rising VR missions, more DLC is ready and rarin’ to go later this year. Specifically, the Soul Snake sword weapon, Bladewolf missions, and an all new set of missions featuring Raiden’s nemesis, Jetstream Sam.

Based on these new screens (especially the ones taking place in the Japanese village), it seems as if Sam will be doing at least some retreading of Raiden’s steps from the core campaign.  It also looks like he has access to Raiden’s zandatsu technique, and Sam will have his own set of VR Missions to play (with at least one sidescrolling stage).

Tons of confirmation all at once! Expect my impressions when it drops sometime in April.
