Starting early next week, Nintendo will begin airing two new “Wii would like to play” commercials, this time focusing on Mii creation.

Can you imagine hearing a random knock of your door, answering it, and having those two guys standing there, demanding to play with your Wii? You would like to play? That’s great, but not tonight buddies, American Idol is on.

The first spot focuses on a creepy old man (who maybe not coincidentally looks like that other creepy old ‘man’ from the Six Flags ads) and his cruel family who find enjoyment in mocking him by seeing what his Mii would look like with, God forbid, an afro (gasp!). I bet that whole family will feel really bad when grandpa is forced to cry himself to sleep later.

Hit the jump for the second spot — another cruel mockery, this time of a boss by his employees.  At least it ends well. I remember when I made a silly looking Mii version of my boss he just punched me in the face.  The commercial should come with a warning: comedic results not guaranteed.
